We worked with Graham on the sale of our previous home and with the purchase of our new home. For our home sale, Grahams pricing and marketing strategies were very well developed and aligned with our goals for the timing and pricing objectives we established. The web-based marketing (video, photo and text) developed by Graham was particularly impressive. In short, we sold our home quickly, while not underpricing the market. Our home purchase was for new construction, which often limits the role of a realtor. In our case, Graham was able to help us negotiate better discounts on various aspects of our purchase and, again, helped us to determine the value of our purchase against other recent new construction and existing home sales. Of note, Grahams firm is affiliated with the USAA Movers Advantage program and we can recommend him highly, in this regard. I have worked with many different real estate agents in the past and now I am pleased to say that I would only buy and sell with Amy Pramagioulis. Period. She is highly experienced, extremely quick, uber professional and a brilliant negotiator. She masterfully supervised the purchase of two separate properties which she secured under asking price and with the sellers paying all closing costs.
