Absolutely the BEST!!!! Having moved, bought, and sold over 13 homes in over 11 states, Brad and team proved to be TOPS!!! We'd bought this Lancaster property a little over six years ago with his assistance. Being savvy property buyers, we challenged him until we found this little piece of heaven. His knowledge of the local market and the available services made our transition to SOCAL smooth and flawless.Fast forward to 2020 and all the challenges it presented from both the COVID-19 issues to the crazy real estate laws of California we went against our past experience of not using the same agent for buying and selling. But based upon our positive experience, we asked Brad to represent us. With our (hopefully last) move, we stretched Brad's Customer Service expertise and patience as we asked him to take on the additional burdens of prepping the home for final sale. We did a total clearing out of the property and left him to coordinate with contractors to do all the minor touch ups and repairs associated with a good sale. He found amazing contractors that performed exceptional quality services for a fantastic price. Touch up paint inside and painting the outbuildings, replacement of carpets, minor repairs to base boards and appliances, as well as keeping the landscaping well-groomed. The outcome was a beautiful home ready for the perfect buyer!A week after our departure, he placed it on the MLS and within four hours had an offer above asking...with NO contingencies! Unfortunately, the buyers fell out due to funding issues. Despite a thorough vetting and working closely with buyers, we ended up with similar circumstances through a series of four buyers. Brad demonstrated extreme poise and patience as we navigated each unique challenge. Each offer over this experience was at or above asking and never was the house on the market but for a few hours. #5 proved to be the most challenging, but ultimately successful closure. He ultimately had to help the buyers through the process as their agent basically dropped out. In all our years, never have we seen an agent go to such extremes to conclude a sale.Brad proved not only to be a great agent, but he's also become a great friend. If anyone needs a buying or selling agent, nobody can represent you any better than Bradley Creese and his fantastic team!
