The professionalism shown by Ms. Cobb shows that she loves what she does and has her clients best interest in mind. Her honesty is beyond measure when it comes to making sure the client's purchase is one without any loopholes; she has a great eye when it comes to spotting damage and other things. Her responsiveness is great, as she makes you feel like you are the only client and not one of many. Ms. Cobb's knowledge of the market, first time homebuyer programs, vendors (i.e. painters, yard maintenance, etc.), and other things is never ending. I honestly do not think I could have chosen a better realtor. Ms. Cobb never makes the process about her, it's all about YOU and that definitely says a lot on it's own. I'm still in awe from my first home purchase in November 2014 and I don't think I can say THANK YOU enough. I would highly recommend Ms. Cobb and Cobb Realty!
