My husband and I live out of state and needed to sell our home in East Canton quickly. Jason and his team made that happen for us, and we were extremely pleased with the process and results. We've worked with other realtors in the past and been less than satisfied. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Jason. Jason was highly knowledgable about the realty industry and process in general, the market in our area, and our home. He answered all our questions with clarity and patience. He made sure we understood the details of the process. Jason helped us prepare the house, set the right listing price, and found a buyer within a few days. He and his team went above and beyond to see our contract through to closing, including negotiations and working through repairs and difficult obstacles with the buyer's mortgage. Mark, who oversees contracts in progress, once said to me, "I stress over this so you don't have to." And it's true - we knew he had it handled and we didn't stress (much). Jason and his entire team were personable, helpful, proactive, responsive and dedicated from our first inquiry email until after we closed.
