My husband and I live in Maine. We had a buyer for our home there. I had seen a listing both Ed and Grace Silverstein had in Anaconda, MT in early July, 2019. I contacted Ed and he responded that day. He had Grace call me with details and sent pictures to us. Grace said she and Ed would represent us as customers and dual agents. A few days later, Grace called and left a phone message that I should "act on the home" because another buyer might make an offer. I e-mailed Ed and Grace a detailed offer, and to my shock and surprise, they refused to submit the offer and then told me to get other representation. This I could not do quickly since I thought they would represent us.As a result, we lost that nice home and we also lost the buyer for our own home - because of this.My husband and I are gravely harmed by what the Silversteins did to us.I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
