Had a fantastic experience with Tom. He helped my wife and I sell our house in Pittsburg. I can be tough to deal with and Tom worked with me. Tom was a great fit for how we wanted to handle selling our house regarding the specifics of our situation and what we were looking for in a sale.He was great with offering advice on pre-sale work, didn't balk when I told him I was shopping around for a realtor at our initial meeting, and listened to our situation and got us a deal that worked for us and not just pushing us towards accepting the first deal that came up. I know not all realtors have your back and are only looking for a quick commission, did not get this impression from Tom ever. Can't recommend him enough. While I hope I don't need a realtor again for a very long time I know who I'll call.

When we decided to sell, we wanted to also buy at the same time so we wouldn't need to move twice. Most everyone shook their heads and said "maaaaaaybe....." I googled "best real estate agent" for my area and Tom's name came up so I gave him a call. From our first meeting all the way up to after we moved, he was there for us answering our every question promptly and with a smile. He knows the business inside out so was able to navigate us through it all quickly and very timely. He figured out what we were looking for and we found a home within a couple of weeks. We closed escrow on our old house in less than 30 days, then our new one one week later! He negotiated a rent back clause so we only had to move once. There is no way it could have gone any better than that. Thank you Tom for getting us through it so smoothly.
