Susan Batterton and her team were a God sent to my mom. She wanted to sell her house but was having such a hard time navigating the ins and outs with the Building Department in order to legalize code requirements on a house that was over 100 years old. Multiple permits needed to be filed, plumbers, electricians, contractors needed to be hired. I live in another state so there was only so much that I could do to help her. It was one issue after another. My mom is 80 years old and was not only overwhelmed, but also lacked the know-how required to address all of these issues. She was originally working with another real estate agent who took a more hands-off approach. After 6 months on the market with this other agent, no progress was made in addressing the propertys many issues. Once we hired Susan Batterton, it was like a huge weight had been lifted. She made countless phone calls to find out exactly what the issues were, helped us to locate reputable people to address many issues, followed up relentlessly to make sure my mother?s best interests were served, and did an absolutely amazing job at staging and preparing my mother?s home for the Open House. She has an amazing team working with her. Misty Garcia is one of her team members. Misty did an incredible job with the pictures that she took, professional grade pictures. It took no time for my mother to receive and accept an offer above asking! We will be eternally grateful to Susan and her team for taking such a stressful situation for my mom and making it such a breeze. I highly recommend Susan and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. They are the best of the best!
