Before working with Andrea, we werent getting the results and answers that we were looking for. Our search went on for over a year, and we had no offers out there. When we started working with Andrea, we were immediately impressed. She was so knowledgeable and so helpful right from the start. She knew the area inside out and was able to answer questions about borough codes and pricing. And if she didnt know an answer to a question, she knew exactly how to find out. Within a month, we had two offers out there. We nearly won the first, and we landed the second. She helped us feel comfortable with both of our offers and was completely upfront and honest with us the whole time. She made sure we had competitive but fair offers, and in the end it led us to exactly what we were looking for. The housing market is crazy, but working with Andrea made it easy. I cannot say enough good things about our experience buying our home with Andreas help. As first-time homebuyers, we were completely overwhelmed by the process at first, but Andreas expertise made everything go smoothly. She must have shown us well over 30 homes over three months before we found our dream home. She gave us insightful advice and guidance at every step which gave us the confidence to navigate the homebuying process. I found Andrea through a recommendation from my in-laws. We were first time home buyers who did not have any wiggle room in the budget. Andrea was very helpful in making sure we understood everything that went into the process and even helped me find a reliable lender. Our tight budget and long list of must haves made the process take longer than expected, but Andrea was very patient and stuck with us through the whole process. She was very honest with what neighborhoods were like and what areas were a good fit for us. She was ALWAYS available for our questions and worked with our hectic schedules. Even after our purchase she is still keeping contact for any additional help we may need (including getting our U&O certification.) Andrea is a full service realtor who knows what she is doing. We will defiantly be calling her when it is time to move on to another house (right now we are very happy) and recommending her to EVERYONE that needs a realtor.
