I was looking to buy a house but had to sell mine first, I had no clue where to even start. I called several realtors but none seemed to really care about me, or take the time to listen, but Chris really did and he was very easy to talk to.. We looked at a few houses, he was HONEST with me about everything we talked about, I fell in love with one, made an offer, then listed my house for sale with Chris. His marketing ideas to help sell my home were brilliant, had lots of high quality photos and good ads. I thought about selling my house myself but I just don't know why anyone would want to. There are so many legal factors to considers and so many other things that could go wrong, that I thought his fees were very reasonable, and considering he took care of the entire process. I highly recommend Chris Fulton !

Chris was instrumental in our "long distance" home purchase!! My Wife and I were looking to purchase a home, and retire in Western KY. We got ahold of Chris, who made our crazy buy go as smoothly as was humanly possible! We were dealing with sellers out of Texas, their lawyer out of Chicago, our lawyer in Mayfield, all the while we were doing it all from NY. Chris pulled off the deal, and the closing which was not an easy task!We had some last minute panic as the lawyer in Mayfield did not forward all of the documents needed for closing to us in NY. Chris jumped in and calmed folks down as all the legal documents had to be changed as the closing date had to change!I'm pretty confident in saying that if it wasn't for Chris the sale could have gone completely sideways!We cannot recommend Chris highly enough to give him the gratitude my Wife and I feel for his efforts!Chris...
