Our experience working with Justin Balok and Gregg Moore was exceptional. Living in Michigan and deciding to move to the Reno area was a difficult one to make. We connected with Justin and Gregg through friends and we communicated via email and voice calls for many weeks before we made our trip to Reno. Justin and Gregg did a great deal of research and provided us with many excellent properties to visit. They paid very close attention to our needs and got to know our personalities. They bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and knew the area VERY well. Within the span of three days we visited about 12 properties and decided on a home to purchase. They quickly negotiated our purchase and connected us with several lenders. As we returned to Michigan, they kept us informed as to the process. They coordinated the home inspection and final walkthrough with friends of ours whom live in Lake Tahoe. After the closing they have remained in contact with us as we are negotiating the sale of our home in Michigan. I cant say enough about how professional they were. They constantly kept us informed and were on top of any sort of issue that might arise and took care of it. It was a very easy decision to make because of all the upfront work they did on our behalf. They make an excellent team, we are very glad we decided to work with them.
