Kay had been my parents realtor since they moved to Santa Paula many years ago. My parents both died in 2009 so we turned to Kay for her help and her expertise in determining what to do with their house. After discussion with Kay we decided to rent out the house until the market improved. In the last five years we used Kay; to help us find tenants; to provide property management; and, to sell the house.Kay and her staff handled the renting of the house and provided us with a very professional property manager.Kay, knowing that we eventually wished to sell the house provided timely guidance as to when to put the house on the market. In September 2014 we sold the house. As we live out of state Kay made the renting, property managing and selling process extremely easy through the efficient use of emails and the use of the electronic DocuSign capability. Kay and her staff were always responsive and very professional in their dealings with us.It was comforting knowing that Kay was there for us during the past five years. I highly recommend Kay for any real estate need.
