Rhonda was professional, nice and very understanding. She always kept me updated on what was going on. If I had a question about anything she would explain it to me. Anytime I needed her she would answer my call/text (even late in the afternoon). She knew my work schedule so if she needed anything from me she would call, text or email me on my break to make it easier for me if it was during my work hours.
