When I first started working with Tad, I thought he was great. I told him what I wanted to see and when I wanted to see it and he made it happen. Then the unthinkable happened, I lost my financing in underwriting. The panic that ensued was unbelievable. I went to my bank to try get financing and was turned down. We were devastated. I asked Tad to inform the seller and he said no. He asked that I give him the opportunity to reach out to some of his contacts. I had already given up. Tad went to two different mortgage companies and explained what happened and both companies called me the same day. In the meantime, Tad contacted the seller and explained the situation and the seller graciously gave us time to get the ball rolling again. I signed the papers on my new home today. I cant honestly say who was more excited me or Tad. He completely brushed off the idea that he did anything special. He said he was just doing his job. What Tad considers just doing his job is everyone elses over and beyond! When I gave up, Tad didnt. Without him, I would not have my new home. He is the one you want working with you to sell or buy a home. I can NEVER thank him enough.
