Linda was amazing! She was honest and reasonable. She knew what our house was worth and what it needed to get sold. She did not give us false hope of selling our house for more than the market was going for. She was upfront. In a time when selling your house is very hard, she made it easy. Everything happened so fast and we were on vacation and she arranged everything from inspections to repairs. We did not have to have our vacation disturbed and were able to relax. I was not able to attend settlement due to my work schedule and she was able to represent us and stayed late in her office for me to pick up my check same day! She goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her! She knows the area well and has worked with contractors and townships. She knows her stuff! Thank you again, Linda!

My husband and I started our home-buying journey with Linda last year after I found out I was pregnant (I found her contact info under a house listed on Zillow). We were both really picky and, after looking at what seemed like countless homes, we found the perfect one! Linda helped us through the process from start to finish and, since this was our first home, she thoroughly explained each step along the way. She was extremely helpful and flexible in finding and scheduling the house tours to fit our busy schedules. She's definitely a very knowledgeable realtor who knows the Delco/PA area well. When we almost gave up after a few months in and felt like we wouldn't find the perfect home before baby arrived, Linda stayed persistent and told us the "right home was out there". Sure enough, one day we walked in to our current home and it just felt like the one. We were moved in a week before baby arrived and have Linda to thank for that. We would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home in PA, in fact we already have passed her info along to family and friends.
