We have had an excellent experience with Seth as our realtor in buying a condo in Sunset Beach, NC. He is highly responsive and a great listener. We wasted no time in getting to what we were truly wanting to invest in as a second home.When we needed to either make a contingent offer or walk away, he didn't discourage the contingent offer like another realtor had done in a prior situation. He helped us make a reasonable offer that was immediately accepted. The due diligence process was seamless under his guidance. When we were able to make alternate financing possible and changed it from a contingent to a regular offer he made it happen!We visited the condo multiple times and he never acted like it was inconvenient.
