Tristan helped us buy our home in York. He listened to what our list of needs was for our home, and understood that we were going to be a bit picky as we had the time and the inclination for this purchase. Tristan was very patient with us, and showed us quite a number of homes that met most, if not all of our requests. He also did not show us many homes that did not have most, if not all of our requested features. We felt his negotiation strategy was right on, and he advised us well. He was always available for our questions and requests. He is very skillful in communicating and understands the process very well. His team at Keller Williams York was very good at moving us through the process once we were under agreement, but Tristan was always right on top of what was going on and could answer our questions immediately. Our experience with Tristan was truly a highlight of the entire purchase experience. I could not more highly recommend him.
