I called Zillow to ask if they had someone who knew Everett and they immediately connected me with Kevin Sarbora who took my call. He was at our house within the hour for a walk-through. He was professional, personable, polite and we got a strong sense that he would do a very good job for us. We mentioned that intended to invest the proceeds from this house to one in Arizona and he immediately put us in touch with an outstanding broker in AZ and provided us with the name of an excellent 1031 Broker in WA state!!As promised, Kevin had a professional photographer come out to take GREAT pictures of our house, listed our property on Thursday and by Saturday hosted our first Open House. That evening he sent us an update and said he expected one or two offers on Sunday. Sure enough, he called on Sunday with a solid offer for MORE THAN LISTING PRICE!! This had the promise of being the easiest commission ever earned, but we hit a snag. Unbeknown to us for 9 years, our house was actually zoned as a condominium because we share a "common element" with our neighbor. Kevin was tremendously supportive by quickly determining what needed to be done (find an attorney to reinstate the COA and register with the State, and purchase insurance to cover the common element). He was informative, patient, and extremely helpful all while keeping us calm during this unnerving situation. We couldn't be more delighted by our experience working with Kevin who was very responsive to our questions/concerns and did an excellent job of keeping us well informed. Thank you so very much, Kevin!!My husband and I STRONGLY recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won't regret it, I promise.
