Caprice was our realtor when we bought and sold our home. As a long time resident of the area , she was extremely knowledge about the current housing inventory and was able to give us insight into things that we had not even considered when being new buyers in a rural area. She found us a home that was exactly what we had asked for and negotiated the best price possible. When we sold our home, she provided excellent service and expertise again. Our home was sold in less than a week when similar homes had been on the market for weeks or months. When our first deal became complicated and fell through, Caprice had another buyer for us in less than 24 hrs. She was always available to answer any questions that we may have had about the process and made our buying and selling experience pleasant. She was also great at knowing who to call in the area for any services that you might need during the buying and selling process, such as repairman, cleaners, and inspectors. We have worked with other good realtors in the past, but Caprice was by far the best realtor we ever work with.
