My husband and I recently purchased a home with the help of the best agent around, Julie Richardson! With the incredibly competitive market and our family being stationed 1,300 miles from Aurora, CO, Julie had to be very creative; touring houses with us via Zoom and FaceTime. We would often send Julie multiple listings every morning and she would have information regarding the properties and viewings set up in a matter of an hour. She went above and beyond to help us strategize when ready to submit an offer, being honest and setting realistic expectations.
