Gretchen was recommended to us by our mortgage officer and I understand why. My wife and I bought our first home and she helped make the process as painless and stress free as possible. In less than two weeks, we won the bid on our house under asking price, in a very tough market. She was available every time we wanted to look at a house and provided quick responses over the phone and email. Almost every question we had she knew the answer and when she didnt she was quick to find out for us. Maybe most important, she was a great mediator between my wife and I when we didnt see eye to eye on something. I'm grateful to have had her guide us through the home buying process.
