LeKeita Braddy is a true professional and yet so personable. I reached out to her on Zillow as I was looking to buy a property in Mississippi, and I live out of state. Ive never been to Mississippi, and Ive never attempted to buy a property out of state, so I was nervous. I knew whomever I worked with was going to be my eyes and ears during this transaction. Although we never meant face to face, I was so impressed with her level of knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to help me with this purchase. By above and beyond I mean she made numerous trips to the property to meet inspectors, she had the locks changed and shipped me extra keys for the property, handled minor repairs and provided points of contacts for home owners insurance, utilities, tree services, roofers, HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers all this just to ensure that I could address any unforeseen matters that may come about in the future. She even researched and advised me about the property being in a flood zone or not. LeKeita Braddy was always available to answer all my questions and concerns. She never hesitated to contact the lender (which was not one of her counterparts) or the seller to remedy any matters or to simply nudge them along and make sure progress was being made. Her responsiveness was so reassuring I knew that I was in good hands and quite honestly the experience was effortless. LeKeita Braddy will work with you to make your desires a reality. LeKeita Braddy is well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. She handled a counter offer during this purchase, as there were numerous offers, and with her know how we were awarded the bid by the next business day. LeKeita Braddys knowledge, strategic mindset, and overall kindness, made a potentially stressful purchase very simple. I highly recommend her for your next real estate endeavor. I know I will look to her again without hesitation when buying or selling a property. She was always looking out for me and had my best interests in mind. I really don't think I could have done it without her!!!
