I had the opportunity to work with Kate when we decided to buy our first home this year. Kate was a pleasure to work with and she was very knowledgeable too. Being first time home buyers my husband and I really benefited from Kates patient guidance through the whole process. I really appreciate her wealth of experience which was highly evident when we were visiting prospective homes to buy. She taught us to go beyond just the cosmetic state of the house and to look for things that indicated that the home was in need of repairs or for things that would be a huge investment to fix later. Kate also helped us connect to a great lender who offered us the best interest rate among the multiple lenders wee considered. When we finally found a condo in Waltham we really liked, we were hesitant to make an offer thinking that we hadnt seen enough homes to make a decision. But Kate pushed us in the right direction and boy are we glad she did. We absolutely love our new house!
