My husband and I moved here from TN and Meredith helped us find a good house without even stepping foot into the house in this CRAZY market! If that doesnt speak volumes of how capable and knowing she is then I dont know what will. For her to walk through houses and point out things that one you want to know about and two the things you wouldnt have even thought of! She truly wants to make sure her clients find not just any house but the right home! ??So many people commented on how crazy it was to put that much trust into someone we dont know and it was pretty crazy but could just tell Meredith had the knowledge of KY, understood what we wanted and needed, and had the resources from being in the business for so long that it was a no brained to trust her! And it worked out great for us!!!We even had a major issue that Meredith got ALL taken care of before she even called us. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! Thank you Meredith and her team!! We are truly thankful for yall!!

I hardly ever write reviews, but this is one time I more that fully believe in this real estate agent. I met Kitty Lane when my neighbor of 30 years was selling her house. She was so personable and professional, I decided to retain her when it was time to sell our 30 year old home. My neighbor's house sold in 1 day, so I that really made up the family's mind. On our first meeting, Kitty said that our house should sell at the asking price we hoped for. We had just finished with the building of our house in Indiana and were continuing to move out of my son's childhood home before we contacted Kitty to put our house on the market. There was one major obstacle with putting our house on the market because I had a stroke. Kitty helped us by completing the sale of our house via long distance. Our house also sold in 1 day and above the asking price. So I have to absolutely recommend Kitty to anyone who is buying or selling a house. I wished we lived closer because I think Kitty would make a great friend as well.
