Our family moved to the ESVA in January 2020, and we absolutely love our house! Our purchase was complicated in a few different ways, requiring communication with out-of-town nearby property owners, the county office, closing attorney, and frequent contact with the sellers agent. Montaigne kept pushing forward and brought it all together in a very short time! She really had to work on multiple fronts to make this purchase happen.
