We met Novica last spring when an apartment in a building we liked was on the market. The place was a bit too small, but we explained to Novica what we were looking for, what buildings we liked in the neighborhood. We had pretty specific wants/needs and were not in a hurry to move, which led most realtors to not follow up with us. Novica did though. We looked at a few more places, and then in the summer he contacted us to say there was an apartment in our ideal building that would be offered in a few months. We saw it and put in an offer in October, before it went on the market. Novica and his colleague were also very helpful putting together our co-op application, going through each page with us to literally make sure every i was dotted and t crossed. We're currently working on some renovations and look forward to moving in soon. Thank you, Novica!
