My wife and I live in Houston and decided to look at property around Brenham, TX, with the intent of creating a weekend retreat, that might, one day, become a working farm and ranch. A friend of mine, also a Houstonian who owns property in that area, recommended Chris Kamprath to us. Working with Chris was a great experience. He spent considerable time understanding what our needs were, and helped us find the perfect location. He walked the property with us, negotiated some changes in our offer, coordinated finding a land man to help with mineral rights, and worked hard to be sure things we in place at closing. After the sale he helped us find a builder, and someone to clear the land. Chris grew up in Brenham and knows the area and the people, and all of his recommendations have been excellent.
