Vivien is extremely knowledgeable of the marketplace, has extremely good negotiation skills, very professional and there when you need her. Even better, she is a wonderful person. I have purchased several homes in the past, and dealt with many real estate agents, Vivien is the best I have dealt with.

During the purchase of our home no detail went overlooked as we worked with Vivien to complete the transaction. She is an absolute professional and, as time has gone by, has done a great job of staying in touch and keeping us up to date on the real estate market and the transactions in our neighborhood.

Vivien is top notch. You can't do any better than her. She's all class.
