Matthew has always been extremely courteous and helpful from the beginning of our home buying experience through the final closing. He was never aggressive when showing us properties. After talking with us multiple times before meeting us, he knew what we were looking for and more importantly, what we could afford. He did not steer us in one direction or another. If we wanted to view a house, he was more than happy to show it to is. Matthew completely understands each aspect of the home buying process. He is also extremely knowledgeable with the electronic document signing process. There were never any delays or problems. Matthew also was extremely helpful with advice in the selling of our home. He maintained a professional and ethical line of communication with our selling agent. Finally, he was incredibly helpful through the closing process. It was a ver stressful time for us and Matthew was with us every step of the way. He always answered our calls and immediately responded to our text messages. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Matthew to anyone looking to buy or sell a house or other property.

I was hesitant to use the contact feature on Zillow and I am glad I did. Initially inquired about a property and met Matthew probably six months prior to making purchase. Matthew listened to what we were looking for and periodically checked in with us. Never once did I feel pressured. I felt like he understood exactly what my needs and preferences were and he was extremely diligent and patient with the process to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Once the deal was made, he locked in and kicked into high gear making sure we were protected as buyers and didn't miss any details that could have adversely affected our best interests. I felt like after the O/A was made, he was more involved in the process than I was used to and appreciated his diligence. I highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for property or homes in NWA!
