First and foremost, I had no idea what I was getting into...but I knew I was going to buy my first house. We're a military family, an Ilea Anderson specialty!We started our search in March, remotely from Kentucky, closed by July. It was grueling. I had a strict budget and needed a minimum 4bed/2.5Bath, 2k+ sqft, w/a back yard, and ready to move in. Ilea would go to viewings and send me videos. She was in contact with me around the clock, despite a 3 hour time difference. Anything she found, she would send me. Email, text, social media, whatever it took. She knew we were desperate and inexperienced. But she was patient; explained anything I questioned. It was as if I'd came in town to catch up with a friend when we finally met in person! ?? From there, it was go time. I probably apologized a thousand times for how available she made herself! She is a go getter for her clients. She never made me feel pressured and her honesty is priceless. Honestly, I hope my purchase made her a good penny just because she freakin' earned it! She's a west coast partner forever!
