Rob literally made our dream come true. We had a very beautiful house but on a unique property and I had several doubts as to how successful we'd be putting it on the market. From everything we heard from potential buyers during showings to the eventual buyers themselves, the house was priced accurately and fairly. Rob was upfront immediately with the things we needed to do (fix, small projects, etc) to be able to put it on the market and be competitive with everyone else. I think it speaks volumes that when we were struggling to find a realtor/agent and literally put up a Facebook post he responded within an hour! Then came to our house ten minutes after that! He was a reassuring presence right from the beginning. He would show up at least once a week checking in on how things were going and would offer advice. He even helped us MOVE OUT when it was closing day and we still had things to remove from the house. Above and beyond his duties imo and my family is extremely grateful to him. We are now in our dream house, which he handled negotiations as well, and we owe an awful lot to Rob and his team.
