My husband and I were moving from Chattanooga, TN to St. Louis, MO for his job and all I can say is I really don't know if we could have done it without Mike and his team! We wanted to find the right house for us in a perfect location where we could easily get plugged into the St. Louis community, make new friends, and our work commute would be as painless as possible. At the time we were looking, the housing market in St. Louis was the hottest most realtors had ever seen in the area so it was almost impossible for us to scout out homes online too far in advance of our house hunting visits because they were gone by the time we got to town. Mike listened and understood everything we were looking for and did an amazing job of maximizing the time we had on our weekend visits by showing us as many homes as he could find within the realm of what we wanted. Over three weekend visits, he showed us 50 houses...50 HOUSES!! And never once did we feel like he was pressuring us to hurry up and make a decision! He and his team are extremely knowledgable when it comes to noticing red flags in a house...especially when eyeballing cracks in a foundation or basement...which you see lots of basements in St. Louis. No question we asked was ever brushed off, if he didn't know the answer he would have an answer back to us asap! He would even get back to us on questions we forgot we asked! We never once felt like we couldn't get in touch with him and we always understood where we were at in the process. We wholeheartedly trusted Mike with every step of the process because he gave us more than enough reasons to. I would honestly trust him and his team to go to another city and pick out a house for me and buy it with my money without me ever seeing it. They're that good. They understand the importance of finding a home with good bones in a great location. I could never say enough good things about our experience with the LaMartina Team.
