One lesson we took away from buying a home, especially considering that it was our first time, is that it can be STRESSFUL. But having a great realtor can greatly help to alleviate much of that. And thats exactly what Stephanie did. She was calm, honest, patient throughout the entire process. We asked a ton of questions and she always seemed happy to answer and eager to help us out.She also seemed very in tune with what we were interested in as on several occasions, we could tell just from walking into a house that it wasnt the one for us and she instantly recognized that as well. We also had some issues with needed repairs on our home and Stephanie did a wonderful job of explaining our options as we communicated with the sellers. From day one, Stephanie seemed on top of her game and we wound up in the perfect house for us because of her guidance and support. Would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

As a former leader of soldiers in the United States Army as well as having over 20 years of management experience, I have never experienced such flawless execution of applying Passion, Planning, Persistence, Patience, and Positivity that Amira not only displayed but personified throughout our home buying process. She has the perfect mix of intelligence, aggressiveness, and situational understanding along with written and verbal communication skills that are beyond compare, that made a grueling process seem like a wonderful walk on the beautiful beaches of Tulum, Mexico on a warm cloudless summer day.
