Kristine helped us sell our former home as well as purchase our current home. With her help and expertise, we were under contract within 5 hours of putting our home on the market and without having any showings or open houses. She is very knowledgeable about the area. Kristine puts all of her focus on her clients and will do whatever she can to help get the client what they want while negotiating with the other agent (whether it be selling price, inclusions, assists, etc...). Kristine keeps her clients involved in the entire process and is available at all times through phone, text, and email. What I liked most about working with Kristine was her honesty and loyalty. Kristine does not push a client to settle on something so she can make a sale. Instead, she makes sure the client is fully happy and making an informed decision before moving anything forward. I would highly recommend Kristine and if I ever choose to move in the future, Kristine will be my agent.

If you are looking to buy or sell your home in Newtown Square, Kristine is who you need to work with. We sold our home in the fall of 2018 due to a relocation to the west coast. We approached Kristine about listing our house, she came over later that night with detailed comps and an informed, intelligent perspective on how our house compared. Down to details of how back yards sloped, or how old roofs were on other houses, her local knowledge was incredible. We then listed and we under contract in just days for thousands above what we initially thought we should list for. Kristine really shined when the inspection process got underway. We had already relocated to the west coast and Kristine personally stopped by the house on several occasions during brutal negotiations. When we move back east we will certainly be happy to have Kristine on our side again.
