It was a pleasure to work with Jayme. We would like to thank her for being incredibly patient during our home search as we needed to look at many homes until we found the perfect one. During our search she gave us really good feedback on questionable issues with some of the houses and her judgement was extremely helpful. Jayme was always available and responded promptly to our texts, e-mails, and phone calls. We were really impressed on how she is able to stay a step ahead of the entire process. There was a lot of competition on the house we wanted and she was aggressive in showing us the house quickly and getting our offer put in. After our offer was accepted, she was extremely helpful in guiding us through the negotiation process. Jayme also put in a lot of work for us in addressing the home inspection items and making sure they were taken care of. After closing, Jayme has talked to us several times to see how we are doing in our new home. It was really nice to work with someone who you can trust and know they are looking out for your best interests. We are extremely happy that we chose her and we will recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
