I met Ben through Zillow as a first time home buyer with a young family, exploring options in no rush circa early 2025. Ben was a motivated, experienced realtor that brought his A-game. He was persistent and communicative. He is very dedicated. He shared heart-to-heart and seemed to have our best interests. We closed on a home after numerous open houses and home showings. In the end we closed on a home in 2-3 months within our price range and expectations on cost. He continued to go out of his way to follow-up on how we were doing after we finished the sale. He seems genuinely happy to share in our family's success. As a first time buyer he was the right agent in addressing my own anxiety with the buying process and setting expectations for this process. This was particularly important given the fluctuation in inventory and mortgage rates at the time of purchase in SoCal.
