My husband and I first contacted Michael about looking at some houses very early this year, possibly January or so. He got us into his busy schedule as quickly as possible and was very helpful in the home-buying decision making. He gave us access to information that we didn't necessarily have (with loans, things we could do to fix up a house, etc). Unfortunately, the first homes didn't work out for us - but he put us on automatic e-mail for homes in our goal neighborhood in our price range. As soon as one came on the market, he met us as early as possible to view the house that we fell in love with (in the snow) and was honest with us the whole way through (by talking to the other agent) about what other people were trying to make offers, etc. We were able to make our best educated decisions about our home-buying process because of Michael's work ethic and knowledge. We also had an interesting time with the selling agent and loan officer that weren't the most pleasant and Michael fought for us the entire way through and always had our best in his mind. I'm so grateful to have been able to work with him and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
