We closed on a home last week after being assisted by Travis Tuley, whose focus is as a buyer's agent. We could not have worked with a realtor who was a better fit for our needs and style. Travis' most common response to my questions as to whether something could be done was, "Absolutely!" and then he made that happen. We changed our location focus and he didn't blink; he simply added our desired location to the daily emails we received. As an aside, the emails are great -- easy to read format and very complete. Travis has an easy-going style, but that is not to be confused with letting things wait; he ALWAYS was responsive and moved the process along, accordingly. He is not pushy and he understands if you walk into a house and you know it isn't the right one -- "Let's go see the next one!" We feel very fortunate to have connected with Travis Tuley and we will give our highest recommendations for him to anyone seeking to purchase a home. The separate buyer's agent/seller's agent concept is the only way to conduct a home transaction, and Travis is a top-notch buyer's agent!
