First of all his pricing strategy was spot on, generating loads of showings and a number of solid offers well above asking price. He helped me with encouragement all along the way and understood the challenges I faced in downsizing and preparing my home for the market. Although he left final decisions up to me, his recommendations for updating, repairs, painting, and staging were spot on. In addition, he showed up several hours before the photo shoot just to help out and then again before the showings started. His knowledge of the ins and outs of the market and the regulations are also impeccable. If you want someone who knows his stuff, whose ethic is to be of service, and who will bring lots of laughs and encouragement, Ryan is your guy.

I wouldnt want him to be so busy in the future he couldnt help me, but then again I shouldnt be so selfish. What else can I say? Hes good at what he does and is a great guy.

This was a thrilling and delightful and somewhat terrifying experience for me. Throughout it all, you were a steadying, knowledgeable and compassionate presence. I had a wonderful time visiting the island with you and particularly exploring around the property and soaking up all your insights and information about the land, the trees, the ridges and rocks. You have done way more than any agent would, filling in as adventure planner, tour guide and naturalist. I'm sorry it didn't work out for us. Jesse calculated the real costs, unreasonable for us, and had to decide against it. I didn't do that work but just visiting the land, I was intimidated by the huge collection of deadfall and the lifeless condition of the beach--none of the seashore creatures I had been used to on Cliff Island, not even a snail. Still, it was tough to let go of the dream and IAH is a beautiful, magical place. I'm sorry you spent so much uncompensated time on the venture. Perhaps there were other benefits for you.
