I would highly recommend Francine Javar as a realtor. She was with me from the beginning of my search through the closing. Fran showed me homes in Eau Claire and quickly grasped what I was looking for. This led us to searching in the surrounding areas of Eau Claire and Chippewa counties. Her knowledge base of the areas was remarkable. I chose a home in Stanley, WI. Fran was there for me every step of the way. She went above and beyond her actual duties in my process. She assisted through all the hurdles; and there were many as I was now back in Oregon; handling things long distance. Fran was an extremely competent liaison between myself, Marylou (working on my behalf in Eau Claire), the loan processors and Chippewa County Grant program. She was extremely attentive and kept in daily contact throughout the closing process. Fran even picked up my keys. I (we) would recommend Francine Javar for anyone needing real estate assistance. Fran shared with us that she was new to this endeavor but she always handled herself as a PRO. Her patience, support and understanding were a great asset to me; being new to this process and she lessened my anxiety immensely. Fran's knowledge base and expertise were greatly appreciated!
