We live in NW Pennsylvania and began looking for a condo in NMB late 2014. When we found Mary Adams, I was admittedly skeptical about her 5-star ratings. Although we had worked with buyers agents over the years, they seemed to provide marginal value and were timid about aEURoeoffending the selleraEUR? in negotiations. Not Mary! We can unequivocally attest that she exceeds expectations and deserves 5+ stars!! I am detail oriented with high service expectations, questions, concerns, etc. Mary took it in stride. Mary was confident we would find a 3-bed / 2-bath oceanfront condo for $200K or less - and she delivered. Mary uses her exceptional people skills to obtain information of value for clients and negotiations. Perhaps most noteworthy is that she does not stop helping clients after the purchase agreement is signed. Mary arranged a competitive lender and effective settlement attorney. Shortly after closing, she spent a day helping us purchase furnishings, fixtures, and selecting paint colors for our condo! Mary continues to provide assistance more one month after closing, recently referring contractors who are doing a great job! Really aEUR" how many professionals today provide this level of service?
