My name is JohnIm originally from California and came to Texas for my job as a Paramedic. When I came to Texas I had really no idea of the area or the process of buying a home. How I found allyson was another story in itself but never the less me and my wife found her and Im glad we did. Many real estate agents can be like used car sells men not really their for you but there to make a sell and moving on to the next one. Buying a house has many hazards that once you sign the papers can become ones worst nightmare. Allyson has been working in Texas as a realtor for over 20 years and lives in the area she services. Allyson from the beginning was sweet and could look you right in the eye and tell you the truth. She has no problem telling someone they should wait and pass on a house. During the negotiating process of a potential buy she spent day after day processing paperwork for us even into the late hours of the night. She didnt have to drive to the house to double check repairs were being made but she did and more than once. By her taking time to drive to the house she caught a lot of things that eventually led us to back out of the potential house. Allyson had other realtors question her about her honesty with her clients knowing that they might back out of a deal making allyson having to start over with their client to make sure they got the right house. So after we backed out of the potential buy she with a smile said its ok well find you a different house. Well the next day alyson found us a brand new , never lived in house for the same cost as the used house. Allysons has now become a friend something many cant claim with their realtors. If you want a honest, hardworking realtor allyson is it. I have family in the realtor business in California and if I had to refer someone Allyson would be first on my recommendation list. Allyson Almeida worked with us while we were still in Arizona, she helped us plan out our home buying strategy by providing us with listings on a daily basis. She made sure to give us a list of homes that met our criteria. She kept all locations where we wanted to look and possibly buy as well as in the price range we needed. She also made sure to get us in contact with a great Lending company to ensure we could close with no issues. We actually had an offer on a home within three days of viewing the homes in the list we narrowed down. We had our eye on another home, but passed it up. Allyson was able to realize what we really wanted and put in a call to the sellers agent. She called us as we were heading back to Arizona to pack up and start our move to inform us that the home we really wanted was actually a possibility! We then went for the one we wanted instead of a home we possibly would have settled for! Allyson is our Angel! She made the whole experience so smooth and effortless!!!!
