We recently sold our home and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with Audra O'Neal. During the sale process, we specifically asked that the refrigerator not be included in the sale. In a phone conversation (which was not recorded), we expressed this to Audra before signing the final agreement. She assured us that it would be removed from the contract and told us not to worry about delaying the signing. We later discovered that the refrigerator was never excluded. On closing day, we signed the documents believing it had been removed, only to find out afterward that it had not. After we moved out, the buyers contacted us and requested that we return or replace the fridge aEUR" which we were contractually obligated to do due to this oversight. When we approached Audra about the issue, she denied any responsibility and refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer reimbursement. We were left to absorb the full cost of the error. This experience was frustrating and disappointing aEUR" both financially and professionally. We expected our agent to act with diligence and integrity, and unfortunately, that did not happen. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this agent and would strongly advise future sellers to review all documentation carefully aEUR" even verbal assurances may not be honored.
