We made the decision to buy and sell our home with the Schiff Real Estate team after they were highly recommended from a few trusted friends. I can say with 100% confidence that doing so was the best decision we could have made. We worked with Leigh to sell our home and Alex to purchase our new one. Going in, we already put Leigh and Alex in a tough spot as we were expecting a baby in just two months (crazy, I know). We needed to sell our home quick and find a new home for our growing family even faster. Boy, did these two deliver. Leigh got us 17 (17!) offers on our house within the first weekend and we sold the house for $20K over asking.
