From the beginning of the home shopping process, Gail and Claire were a pleasure to work with. They were patient with our changes in areas, price points, amenities, and more. They immediately began sending us homes for us to look at and they personalized the experience. They didn't just send us links to homes to look at. They took the time to look at each individual property photo and make comments about what we might like/dislike and ensure it met our needs. In the contract process, Gail showed she is experienced and proficient. She ran comps quickly and thoroughly. She was able to point us in the right direction when issues arose and help to pinpoint the perfect offer price. In the negotiation phase, Gail worked with my lender to ensure all opportunities for concession were pursued and no box was left unchecked by either party. Overall, the process was smooth and the McGown group made it effortless for us, though we know they worked tirelessly to make it seem this way.
