Phil is an absolutely excellent real estate agent! He was there for my wife and I from Day 1 to answer any and all of our real estate related questions and concerns and to educate us on all of the steps involved in becoming a homeowner. He also made himself available to show us every home that we desired to see in a very timely manner. As many prospective buyers have quickly become aware of, it's a terribly brutal seller's market taking place within the real estate market. This makes it very challenging for folks to purchase a home because chances are they'll find themselves competing with an innumerable amount of other buyers for the small nunber of homes that are available. With Phil's help, expertise and incredible negotiation skills, my wife and I were able to successfully navigate through this seller's market and purchase a home that we are both absolutely in love with! The team including Lauren Johnson (co-lister) and Quentin Randle (transaction manager) gave me the best service I could ask for. They pushed me when I needed to be pushed and gave me room to do what I felt was right when it was appropriate. In this incredibly difficult year with all the issues happening in the world and in my life personally, Lu and team demonstrated a deep expertise that made them invaluable in any circumstance we were working with. They have a wide network of partners which made all the various jobs simple as well. I wouldn't want to work with another company if I'm buying a property in Chicago and I never will.
