Desmond took the challenge of helping us locate a home in Turner even though he was well aware of the time and complications we faced selling our home in NH.Our area of NH is and always has been a very slow real estate market often taking up to 3 years for sales. In spite of this, each and every time we called Desmond to schedule a viewing he responded very positively never giving any sense that we were wasting his time because we could not make any final decisions immediately.Desmond was very familiar with each and every home he showed us wether his listing our another agency. Never having to "check and get back to us" on questions we asked about the properties. Desmond learned our preferences quickly and was right on track with suggestions of properties we might like to preview. Not wasting our time on those that did not closely fit our wish list and price range. When Desmond showed us the home we ultimately purchased, we were excited yet saddened because our sale in NH still had not materialized. Imagine our delight a few days later when we received word from an old friend that they not only wanted to purchase our home but had sold theirs. Even though he was out of town Desmond responded to our call and by that evening we had a signed purchase and sales agreement. Within 30 days we were in our new home. It is everything we were seeking and more. Desmond was there through the entire purchase process, readily available for questions and advice.
