Michael Ulrich is a Realtor in Raleigh, N.C. He is well respected in the community. His children love him and his wife adores him. His neighbors no so much. In fact, they can barely tolerate him, but more on that later. When I first met Michael (introduced through our daughter), I was rather impressed by his friendly manner and seeming casualness. The more I got t to know him, the more I became his impressed with his knowledge, experience, and professionalism. He always without fail responded to my texts and phone calls. When he accompanied us on house tours, he carefullly and thoroughly conducted a complete inspection of the property and shared his opinions and recommendations' Just as you would not only need, but want an attorney to represent your interests in a court proceeding, you need a realtor of Michaels standing to represent you in any property transaction. With all the above positive accolades, one might think that Michael has no faults. Such is not the case as was alluded to in the above paragraph re his neighbors opinion of him. Of course, no one is perfect. Michaels deficiency lies in the fact that he is just too nice. Such a character trait may well be admirable or even desired in a woman, but never in a man. Michael is a man's man. He enjoys sports and cars and does tinker around in his garage from time to time. The neighbors learned that he was moving to a new home himself. They planned a big block party and scheduled it for the day after he left. I wholly and heartily recommenced Michaels as a consumate realtor and good neighbor to have in our corner any and every day of the week.
