My wife and I ran into Tina when house-hunting in St. George, UT. She was the listing agent facilitating a self-directed listed property visit (we were not represented by any realtor). Besides accommodating our late-in-the-day impromptu call (5-star responsiveness), Tina provided a genial suggestion as we chatted about what we were looking for, and our frustration having been for months unable to find it (5-star local knowledge). She happened to be cognizant of a delisted property, that she had formerly listed, to which she introduced us. We ended up purchasing it (Tina represented us and the seller). Tina arranged the purchase with the seller, and negotiated a deadline extension -- but there was no other issue with the terms that needed negotiation (4-star negotiation). The purchase proceeded smoothly to closing under ordinary process (4-star process). She was at large a pleasant individual with whom to do business.
