Jim was recommended to us by a family member and we are so glad we went with him. We were under a pretty tight buying window and from the first house we looked at to the close of escrow, Jim helped us purchase a house in a month and a half! He was exceptionally quick to answer/return our calls, always worked around our schedule (which was challenging with a newborn!), explained things in a way that we could understand as first time homebuyers - doing everything he could to make this a smooth and enjoyable process for us. Even when we ran into a hiccup with our mortgage loan, he was quick to see what the issue was and get us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. You will NOT find a better broker.This is the third time working with Jim, this time to help us find our "forever" home. Jim is patient, listens to your needs, and spends time helping you understand the process (and what you're getting into if there are some challenges for the home).A few examples:- Looked at a about a dozen properties that didn't quite work for us. The day we found what would be our future home I text Jim to see if we could check out the property...and Jim had actually sent us a link to the SAME property an hour earlier, suggesting we check it out based on what we were looking for!- Getting ready to purchase the property Jim pointed out some concerns that we would have missed. With Jim's contacts we were able to get a plumber and 2nd pest inspection done. There were some things the seller's inspection missed (including a leak) and we were able to get a nice credit because of his efforts.- He definitely knows his stuff and his past appraiser experience shows. He was able to point out property strengths and some concerns or minor issues that we should be aware of down the road. Knowing the market he was able to help us put a competitive offer together without overpaying...I honestly don't think we would have gotten the house if it wasn't for his understanding of the market.

While browsing through houses online not sure where to begin, one night this realtor reached out (which about ten had already) instantly I responded thinking hey would just be like the rest who had signed me up on a mailing list and emailed me house and disappeared! I was so wrong, he followed through with a text which was perfect for me as far as communication and asked me so many questions that I hadn't thought of! My husband and I were first time buyers and were really nervous about the whole thing. Jeff was a blessing to this process! He was attentive, answering my constant texts with a quickness that helped me understand and informing us what to next! He was so patient and knowledgeable!
