Selling a house is a lot of work, full of uncertainty and alleged surprises. I am so relieved and happy I had Tori to guide me. Two years before I sold my house, Tori gave me some ROI tips to increase value. When it was time to put the house on the market, she was well equipped with contractors needed to do some work. Tori goes the extra mile -- she combines high integrity, deep market knowledge, great customer service, and relentless follow-through -- I wholeheartedly recommend her. My wife and I wanted to buy a home in the South Bay (walking distance to a downtown, in a friendly neighborhood, with a sunny yard, built prior to WW2, ...), and we were willing to wait for the right house. Tori patiently worked with us for well over a year. When we finally found a good house, she successfully negotiated the sale through multiple counter offers, winning over three other buyers. Finally, Tori shepherded the escrow and closing process, ensuring that every stage went smoothly.
